These general terms apply to ExaMedix Technologies websites and online services. Individual products may have additional product-specific terms that form part of the agreement for that product.

Provider

Services are provided by ExaMedix Technologies di Matteo Caprani, Switzerland.

Use of services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the documentation, account permissions and product-specific terms that apply to the service you use.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Contact support@examedix.ch promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and billing

Some products are offered as paid subscriptions. Pricing, trial periods, renewal conditions, cancellation mechanisms and any product-specific refund policy are disclosed before purchase and may also be described in the applicable product terms. Payments may be processed by Stripe.

Third-party services

Our products may interoperate with third-party services. Your use of those services can also be subject to the third party's terms and privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify services where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal requirements or product development.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExaMedix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of a service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.

Product-specific terms

ExamediX Reach is additionally governed by the Reach Terms of Service and its Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
