These terms govern use of ExamediX Reach, provided by ExamediX Technologies di Matteo Caprani, Switzerland.
You may install or use Reach only on computers you own or are expressly authorized to administer. You are responsible for the instructions you give through ChatGPT and for maintaining appropriate backups.
You may not use Reach to access a computer without authorization, deploy malware, steal credentials, conduct covert surveillance, bypass security controls, damage data or systems, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Reach can read and modify authorized files, search authorized folders, inspect and terminate processes, and—only when Power Mode is explicitly enabled on the local computer—start user-level processes and run PowerShell with that Windows user's permissions. Reach does not provide UAC/admin elevation. These actions can change or delete data. ChatGPT and Reach may require confirmations for sensitive actions, but you remain responsible for reviewing requested actions and maintaining backups.
Reach Pro is offered at USD $5 per month, plus applicable taxes, following a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscriptions. Checkout and recurring billing are processed by Stripe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the monthly paid plan. You may cancel through the Reach billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, while cancellation during the trial prevents the first recurring charge. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Failure to pay may suspend workstation functionality without deleting your local files.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change for security, compatibility, legal or platform-policy reasons. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service where required.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reach is provided without a guarantee that every command or third-party integration will behave as expected. ExamediX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from user-authorized operations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using Reach and disconnect paired devices at any time. We may suspend accounts for security threats, abuse, unlawful activity or material breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules and mandatory jurisdiction applicable to you.
