Who we are

ExaMedix Technologies di Matteo Caprani is a Swiss software and innovation business. Privacy requests can be sent to support@examedix.ch.

Information we process

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process account and contact information, support messages, product and subscription information, security and diagnostic metadata, and technical information necessary to provide and protect our websites and services.

Why we process it

We process information to provide requested services, authenticate users, operate subscriptions, respond to support requests, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve reliability.

Service providers

We use service providers where necessary to operate our business and products. These may include hosting and infrastructure providers, Zoho for business email, Stripe for payment and subscription processing, and OpenAI where a product is intentionally connected to ChatGPT. Each provider processes information under its own terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

Payments

Payment-card information is handled by Stripe. ExaMedix does not receive or store full payment-card numbers through Stripe Checkout.

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, security, accounting, support or legal purpose. Individual products may publish more specific retention periods.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, or object to or restrict certain processing. Requests can be sent to support@examedix.ch.
